This verification ownership method allows you to upload multiple images or videos of a screen session to prove the ownership of a customer's self-hosted wallet. To add a new visual proof, click Visual Proof under Address Ownership Proof Methods.

In the form that opens, add the customer's self-hosted wallet address and upload the screenshots or videos that prove ownership.
